Memoir & Classic.
Memoir
Memoir is a deeply personal film that captures more than just the day itself. It tells the your story in your own words. Filmed on authentic Super8 footage is woven with audio interviews, creating an intimate portrait of who you both are, how you met, and the life you’re building together. Creating a keepsake that feels timeless, emotional, and utterly unique.
Classic
Classic is pure Super 8 cinema. Beautiful, nostalgic, and effortlessly romantic. Set entirely to music of the couple’s choice, it distils the essence of the day into a film that feels organic and cinematic, celebrating every look, laugh, and quiet moment. It’s an elegant, music-driven piece that lets the imagery speak for itself.

we are
Rich and Liberty have been making films together for over a decade across multiple genres. From film for art exhibitions to award winning TV documentaries. Both share a huge passion for working with the analog format of film. Studio Eight was born from this passion.
